Jojo is a Transformational Being and Doing coach who specializes in helping individuals achieve a profound balance between being and doing. With a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of our inner and outer worlds, Jojo guides clients in cultivating a sense of inner peace, clarity, and purpose while empowering them to take inspired action toward their goals and dreams.
Jojo offers a refreshing and holistic approach to coaching in a world that often prioritizes productivity and achievement over well-being and self-care. By integrating mindfulness, self-inquiry, and intentional action, Jojo helps clients break free from the cycle of burnout and exhaustion and discover a sense of flow, creativity, and fulfillment.
Through my coaching model, I walk alongside and guide my clients to explore the intersection of being and doing, where they can:
- Develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their values, strengths and passions to gain clarity on their life’s purpose.
- Cultivate self-compassion, self-awareness, and self-acceptance
- Identify and transform negative thought patterns, replacing them with biblical truths and empowering beliefs while understanding God’s love and guidance by the power of the Holy Spirit.
- Learn to prioritize their well-being and make self-care a non-negotiable part of their daily lives
- Develop a personalized growth plan, setting achievable goals and building health habits while cultivating a growth mindset and building resilience in the face of challenges
Under my coaching model, clients can expect to experience a profound shift in their perspective, habits, and overall quality of life while doing it God’s way. They will learn to navigate the complexities of modern life with greater ease, clarity, and purpose, and discover a sense of balance and harmony that allows them to thrive in all areas of their lives.
